Those needing the WWC are personnel at clubs such as Junior coaches, Team Managers, first aid officers, most canteen staff etc.
Up to clubs to decide who needs the check done. 

Rep coaches, their assistants and team managers will need a WWC.
All members of DVCA Executive (both Junior and Senior) will also participate.
